The10 POINT DIET

To succeed at weight loss using the 10 Point Diet, try to win as many points as you can each day. Attempt to win 10 points every day for a "perfect" weight loss score. Give yourself one point on any day that you succeed in observing each of the following principles.

____ Give yourself 1 point if you limit your daily calorie intake to 1500 calories or less.

 

____ Give yourself 1 point if you abstain from eating any sweets, desserts, candy, or alcoholic beverages

____ Give yourself 1 point if you abstain from eating any potato chips, corn chips, tortilla chips, crackers, pretzels, or other snack food

__ Give yourself 1 point if you abstain from eating any beef, pork, or lamb

 

____ Give yourself 1 point if you abstain from eating any dairy product (milk, cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, chocolate, ice cream)

____ Give yourself 1 point if you abstain from eating any type of fried food

 

____ Give yourself 1 point if you abstain from drinking carbonated beverages of any kind, sugared or artificially sweetened.

____ Give yourself 1 point if you abstain from eating more than 1 serving each of bread (2 slices), potatoes, rice, or pasta

____ Give yourself 1 point if you abstain from eating highly seasoned foods (hot and spicy Mexican, Chinese, Japanese, Thai)

____ Give yourself 1 point if you abstain from eating any food after 7 pm

 

____ Give yourself 1 point if you abstain from eating animal flesh of any kind, meat, fish, or fowl ____ Give yourself 1 point if you abstain from all types of overeating - you did not overeat any type of food or drink

____ Give yourself 1 point if you are fasting, and abstain from eating any food (clear liquids OK)

Record your point total and weight every day. The higher your point total for the entire duration of your weight loss diet, the more weight you should be able to lose.
