Welcome to Parasympathetic Pathways to Health, our website dedicated to educating both the general public and health care professionals about the importance of utilizing voluntary methods for altering and enhancing the functioning of the autonomic nervous system. We recommend the following as methods for promoting health by promoting a state of parasympathetic dominance within the autonomic nervous system:
